amazing experience at water park for all ages!

I think the place is perfect.

The rooms are beautiful with two queen size beds and the overall experience is real good. There is a plenty of supplies like : climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, had very nice stay.

It was in a central location, on one tube.

The pool area is quite spacious and great for the kids. The restaurants nearby are perfect for a quick bite and a caffeine fix.

Finding the check-in desk felt like a treasure hunt without a map.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend excursion in Wisconsin Dells with real value for money. Plenty of parking.

The room size was decent, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The A/C and heating worked well, providing a cozy atmosphere. There was a good-sized refrigerator, which was handy. the noise from nearby rooms was noticeable and disrupted sleep. We encountered some cleanliness issues, like hair in the bathtub. The room felt a bit outdated and had a challenging layout, making it hard to navigate. Despite these flaws, the staff was friendly, though their demeanor could improve. the focus seemed to be more on the waterpark than the rooms themselves.

The waterpark was fantastic, and the staff at the front desk were exceptionally pleasant. Our room was clean, well-equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, and parking was a bonus. considerable improvements are necessary. Check-in was chaotic, and I was placed in a room that was unkempt and poorly maintained. Communication about facility closures was lacking. The overall setup felt dated, with basic amenities like coffee makers absent. More attention to cleanliness is critical; dirty floors and a lack of housekeeping were disappointing. For the price, expect better. Effective management could transform a good concept into a great experience. There's potential here, but significant investment in facilities and staff training is a must.

A variety of attractions added excitement to the visit, and the nearby stores were a convenient bonus. the experience was marred by cold showers and noisy guests that kept everyone up late, followed by early morning disturbances from kids knocking on doors. Communication about the waterpark's availability was lacking, which was disappointing. The room could use some soundproofing and better maintenance to improve comfort.

Fun, Fun, Fun

The water park was an absolute blast, with slides that brought out the kid in me! The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for splashing around, and my heart melted when I saw the kids having the time of their lives. Plus, the helpful staff made our stay feel extra special—can’t wait to go back!
